Grounds Booking Information and registration

Team Managers are responsible for requesting and managing grounds bookings associated with fixture changes and unscheduled games at Butlers Reserve for example night games. When submitting to Club Support <clubsupport@footballwest.com.au> you should submit the full details of the fixture in the header of the email including the opposition and seniorswdsc@gmail.com. The Club will endorse upon request from Football West on the basis that availability of the pitch has been previously confirmed and supported by the respective Head of Football or Coordinator and any other teams impacted have agreed to reallocation of space allocated to them at that time for training or other activities.

If opposition endorsement is required then this should be obtained in advance of submitting the request and the opposition should be copied in the email so that the request when you are forwarding to clubsupport

Once FootballWest have sanctioned and Squadi has been updated then you will need to follow up separately on lights if required. Its not safe to assume that the lights will come on because FW have sanctioned a fixture

Access to the grounds is limited and you will need separate approval from the Committee for access to Pitch 1 which should be provided in your request for any fixture change. Simply including a Committee Member in the request does not indicate endorsement. Unless you can provide their endorsement then any Friday night games will take on Pitches 2 or 3 and if they are already occupied then the fixture cant take place and a request will not be endorsed. If the fixture needs to displace a team that the space is allocated to for training on Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday then their confirmation should also be provided in any request
