Dear Parents and Player,

Please use the following invitation to register with WDSC for 2026 Season.

Wembley Downs recently implemented a new club management system named Majestri. A guide has been created to help you navigate this new registration process. It is important that you read all the steps before commencing the registration.

If the player is under 18 years old, an adult must register as the primary contact. Any partial payment or deposit made to the club's account directly or during the pre-registration period will be discounted at the checkout. To finalise the club registration side, you must settle any outstanding payments.

Football Australia and Football West fees will be paid directly when the player is registered through the Play Football portal. Play Football access will be by invitation only, please make sure you do the club registration first and the same primary contact details used here are also use to register in Play Football.

If you complete the club registration and cannot access your Majestri profile to look for Play Football link, use this link to log back in MAJESTRI LOGINYou will find the Play Football link on the top of the screen in red font after you have log onto Majestri and click "My Details" on the menu.

For KidSport Voucher, you must enter the code and amount at time of registration.

Wembley Downs Soccer Club Membership Terms and Conditions

By registering with Wembley Downs Soccer Club (WDSC), the player and their parent/guardian agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration Fees and Refunds
• Registration fees are generally non-refundable once the application has been accepted.
• In the case of long-term injury or certain personal/exceptional circumstances, the Club may at its discretion offer a proportionate fee reduction, refund or payment plan.
• Kidsport vouchers are accepted for children 5-18 years old. Voucher code must be available at time of registration.
• If you would like to request a refund based on exceptional circumstances, please contact Club registrar.

Team Allocation and Grading
• WDSC has sole discretion in team allocation.
• Players may be subject to a grading process.
• Team allocations and grading decisions are final and not subject to review.
• All players must par?cipate in grading sessions if organized for their age group.
• Changes between squads will be handled by respective coaches or, if disputed, by the Age Co-ordinator.

Membership Requirements
• Players must provide proof of identification and/or age to a nominated WDSC representative.
• International players may be required to obtain an International Transfer Certificate as per FIFA regulations.
• Registration fees are due at time of application in the Play Football portal.
• To participate in training sessions and games, Club fees must be paid in full.
• Players and parents/guardians must abide by the Code of Conduct, rules and regulations set by the Club and governing bodies.

Registration Process
• Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, including payment.
• Registration is not confirmed until an automated email confirming 'Approval' is received.
• Players with completed registration and full payment will have priority over those with pending payments.

Commitment to Participation
• Players and parents/guardians are required to attend all scheduled training sessions and games.
• It is the participant’s responsibility to attend these sessions punctually.
• Players must wear football boots, shin guards and appropriate attire for all training sessions and games. Participation will be denied for non-compliance.
• Players may not use a different jersey number during game day without previous authorisation by team manager and coach.
• Players game time may be directly influenced based on their commitment and participation during training and games.
